Position Description:

Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua is looking for a Warranty Clerk to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, and providing excellent support to both our service department and customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with various teams will contribute to the success of our dealership’s service operations.

Compensation:

$50,000 -$65,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner according to manufacturer guidelines
• Verify warranty coverage and claim eligibility for repairs
• Coordinate with the parts and service departments to gather necessary documentation and ensure all claims are properly submitted
• Maintain organized records of warranty claims and documentation for auditing and reference purposes
• Communicate with manufacturers to resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding claims
• Assist the Service Advisors with warranty-related inquiries and issues
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
• Provide customers with updates on the status of warranty claims and resolve any concerns they may have
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in warranty processing, automotive service, or a related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computer systems and software
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly
• A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to customer satisfaction
