Compensation: $75,000–$150,000+

Our shop stays busy year-round, and there are plenty of hours available for technicians who want to produce.

 

Our top technicians consistently flag 15+ hours per day.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Volvo vehicles
  • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
  • Perform electrical and diagnostic work based on experience level
  • Communicate effectively with advisors, parts, and fellow technicians
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Keep a clean, professional, and safe workspace

 

What We're Looking For

  • Previous professional automotive technician experience
  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
  • Diagnostic and electrical experience preferred
  • Volvo or European experience is a plus—but not required
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Desire to produce hours and earn
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
