Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Service Department.
If you enjoy helping people, thrive on building relationships, and have experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or a call center environment, we'd love to hear from you. Automotive experience is a plus—but we are happy to train the right candidate.
As the first point of contact for many of our service customers, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience while helping drive service retention and department success.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding recommended maintenance, declined services, recalls, and upcoming service needs.
- Follow up with missed appointments and help retain service customers.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to achieve department goals.
- Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and dealership management software.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and manufacturer service campaigns.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and positive customer experience on every interaction.
Qualifications
- Customer service, BDC, call center, receptionist, or appointment scheduling experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable learning and using CRM and scheduling software.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation
- Hourly pay ranges from $21-$26 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
